Adding custom menu and footer links to your HelpKit site is super simple. Please just follow these steps:

In dashboard:

Navigate to Settings page

Click on Look & Data

Toggle the Menu Links or Footer Links section

Add your desired link title

Add your desired link url

Hit the Save button
