Learn how to add a new root collection within your Notion docs

Adding a new collection is as easy as using our predefined 👋 New Collection template. Here are the steps to follow:

 

In Notion:

  1. Hover with your mouse over the collection table
  1. Click on the 🔽 button next to New
  1. Click on the 👋 New Collection template button
      2. Notion image
  1. Edit your new collection

Don't forget to sync your knowledge base

In order to serve your customers the fastest knowledge base on earth 🌍 we cache most of the Notion data. This means that you have to press the 🔁 Sync now button in your admin dashboard whenever you change the structure of your knowledge base.
