Adding a logo for your site

Find out how to upload your company logo and display it on your site

Adding your company's logo to your HelpKit site is super simple. Just follow the following five steps:

Navigate to Settings page

Click on Look & Data

Click on either Upload an image or Replace (depending on if you already have uploaded a logo or not)

Choose your logo

Hit the Save button

You can also decide on what should happen after someone clicks on your logo by adding a url to the Linking to... field. Either add a custom link (e.g your landing page) or leave it empty for the homepage of your knowledge base (suggested).
