How to update my current payment method?

Learn how to update your credit card information for your billing

Have a new credit card or need to switch to or from Paypal billing? Updating your current payment method for your HelpKit subscription plan is really easy. Here’s how it works.

Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the page, and select "Account & Billing" from the dropdown menu.

Scroll to the "Billing" section.

Click on the Manage payment details button.

A secure popup will show where you can safely enter your new payment details such as your new credit card details.

After you press Update card details HelpKit will automatically use your new payment method for your next upcoming transaction.
