How to redeem a coupon code?
Learn how you can redeem your HelpKit coupon code
In case you have obtained a HelpKit coupon code, here are the seven steps to redeem it.
To redeem you have to do the following:
- Start the free trial
- Click on the
subscribebutton on the very top bar of HelpKit
- Choose your plan
- Once you click the desired plan, a checkout modal will popup
- Click on
+ Add Discount
- Enter and apply the coupon code
- Happy days :)
Please note that after you have entered the coupon code you will still need to enter your payment details, even if you have obtained a 100% off coupon code. Our secure payment provider Paddle requires every transaction to have a payment method. Don’t worry, you will not be charged.
