Important: Working with the template

Learn how it is important to not remove, rename, change or add any table properties

To 💨 speed up your knowledge base creation with HelpKit we highly encourage you to duplicate our predefined Notion template. We created this template as a blueprint for your own knowledge base.

After the onboarding setup is finished - we advice you to jump into your Notion template and override it with your own content.

HelpKit loves structure 🥰. It loves it so much that it can't live without it.

What does that mean for your knowledge base?

As you can see below your collections, sub collections and articles are based on Notion tables (databases). These tables have properties such as "Collection Title" , Article Description or Last Updated.

Please do NOT remove, rename, add or change any of the properties in any of the tables in your template.

Please do NOT change this properties 😉

⚠️
Please do NOT remove, rename, add or change any of the properties in any of the databases (the tables with your content) in your template. HelpKit won't properly work otherwise.
