⭐ Displaying suggested articles
Learn how to surface specific articles to customers when they view the main page or widget
Suggested articles are a great way to surface specific articles for your customers when they visit your main page or widget.
In order to display suggested articles you have to perform one task within Notion and one within your HelpKit dashboard:
In Notion:
- Select your desired article
- Toggle the
Suggestedcheckbox
- Don't forget to sync (see at the very bottom)
Please note that your article must be published to show up in your suggested articles.
In Dashboard:

- Click on
Widget
- Toggle the
Show Suggested Articlesbutton
- Hit the
Savebutton

- Click on
Look & Data
- Toggle the

- Hit the
Savebutton
In order to serve your customers the fastest knowledge base on earth 🌍 we cache most of the Notion data. This means that you have to press the 🔁 Sync now button in your admin dashboard whenever you change the structure of your knowledge base.
